Pipedrive (€15–29/user/month): Clean, simple B2B sales CRM. Deal stages, activity tracking, lead routing. EU-hosted, GDPR Green. Integrates with Brevo via native connector for contact sync.

Brevo (€0–49/month): Email automation layer. Pipedrive handles the CRM; Brevo handles the email sequences. Contact data syncs between the two.

When this works: Teams with a defined sales process that needs deal tracking beyond contact stage management. The Pipedrive + Brevo combination is the simplest GDPR-Green stack for German B2B teams that need both CRM and email automation.


Total cost: €0–45/month

HubSpot Free CRM: Contact management, deal tracking, basic email sequences (limited), meeting scheduling. Free tier is genuinely functional for small teams. GDPR considerations: data sharing settings must be reviewed and disabled in account settings.

HubSpot Starter (€45/month for Marketing Hub): Adds email automation with list segmentation, ad retargeting, basic reporting. At this tier, most small team CRM automation needs are covered.

When this works: Teams that want one tool covering CRM + email + basic analytics. The GDPR configuration requirement is manageable but must not be skipped.
