AI marketing platform built for DACH SMEs

Problem

DACH SMEs have the data but not the speed or infrastructure to turn it into marketing action. A centralised production model reduces per-piece content time by 60–70%. A purchase-intent strategy generates organic leads within 6–12 months. But most SMEs either don't have a system at all, or operate at <20% efficiency because the data lives in spreadsheets and tooling lives in silos.

Audience

Marketing leaders and founders at DACH SMEs (5–50 person companies) running organic or mixed-channel strategies

Current proof

MVP covers content production and purchase-intent planning; intelligence layer is in beta with 3 DACH SME pilots ahead of public beta in July 2026.

The gap

Most DACH SMEs are 2–3 years behind on AI-native marketing. Not because they lack access to tools, but because they lack infrastructure.

The typical SME marketing stack looks like this: a founder or one generalist owns everything. They have a CRM with data, a Google Analytics dashboard, maybe a handful of channel accounts. But the data doesn’t talk to the channel work. Content is briefed once, produced manually, deployed manually, with no measurement of what actually drove intent vs. what just made noise.

Scaling this doesn’t require more people. It requires a system that lets the one person (or small team) produce 10x more content in the same hours, and measure which pieces actually move the needle.

The three-phase framework

Phase 1: Content production system — build your German brand voice as a documented prompt template, create a content brief format that AI can work from, establish a 15-minute review process per piece instead of 2 hours. Most SMEs find this alone recovers 5–8 hours per week.

Phase 2: Purchase-intent content — identify the 10–20 questions your customers have in the 30–60 days before they buy. Build content that answers each one at the level of detail a serious buyer expects. Use AI to produce first drafts, your product/industry knowledge to validate accuracy, your brand voice template to make it sound like you. This is the content that generates organic traffic and leads without ongoing paid media.

Phase 3: Intelligence layer — most SMEs have data but no time to analyse it. Automated weekly performance summaries across channels. Anomaly detection that flags what’s working and what isn’t. Audience segmentation that gets more precise over time. The output is a 30-minute weekly review that replaces 4 hours of manual analysis — or, more commonly, no analysis at all.

The evidence

The framework works because it’s been validated at scale. At BSH, a centralised production model reduced costs by 40% while increasing output volume. A purchase-intent content strategy generated significant organic media value across 10+ countries within 6–12 months. At VeSync, the same jobs-to-be-done methodology validated across category-specific launch playbooks. The details were different — enterprise budgets, global teams, complex agency structures. The structural problem was identical.

vision-intelligence is built to solve that same problem at the SME scale where the founder’s or marketing lead’s time is the real constraint.

Current status

MVP live: Phase 1 (content production) and Phase 2 (purchase-intent content) fully functional. Phase 3 (intelligence layer) in beta testing with 3 DACH SMEs.

Public beta: July 2026. Early access for DACH SMEs building organic strategies.

Solo project: Built and maintained by Berk Saraloglu alongside an active senior marketing manager search. Not a startup pivot — a proof of the same infrastructure thinking applied at SME scale.

Apply for a Q3 2026 pilot slot

I am running 2 more pilot engagements in Q3 2026 alongside the existing three. Pilots are structured 90-day engagements covering all three phases, with weekly check-ins and a documented framework you own at the end.

Who it is for:

  • DACH SME (5–100 employees) running an organic or mixed-channel strategy
  • Marketing function owned by a founder or a single generalist
  • Currently producing content manually with no measurement connecting it to revenue

To apply, email berksaraloglu@gmail.com with the subject line “vision-intelligence pilot application” and include: your company, team size, current content situation (one paragraph), and what you want to achieve in 90 days. I respond within 48 hours.
